Chinnor Community Awards 2023

An explanation of each category of awards you can nominate within can be found below.

The awards are for people that live within the parish of Chinnor and not for Parish Councillors or the Award Select Committee. 

 

Please return all completed forms to the Parish Council Offices by 30th June 2023.  

The award winners will be announced in the marquee at a gala event on 23rd August 2023.
 

Achievement in the arts 

An award in the following: Music, Art, Drama

This award can be for someone of any age and for anyone who contributes to the above Arts – from the star of the show to the person behind the scenes. 

 

Sporting Achievement 

This award can be for someone of any age and any sporting achievements. 

An individual player or sporting team or even someone who goes above and beyond to support their team from the side-lines.

 

Volunteer of the Year 

An individual of any age or organisation within the Chinnor Parish who has given their time or expertise to help others. 

 

Volunteer Group of the Year

A Group or organisation within the Chinnor Parish boundary who have given their time or expertise to help others. 

 

Lifetime Achievement 

An individual who has given a lot of time and effort to our community over a number of years and has tirelessly worked for the good of our parish. 

 

Community Support

A great neighbour or friend, someone that works behind the scenes or a special person that always helps out others in times of need. 

 

Service with a Smile

An individual of any age or organisation within the Chinnor Parish who goes the extra mile and are always happy to help.
